Six spraying pretreatment, pre-baking welding and full automatic coating line designed for Ningbo AUX Air Conditionor, Hicon air condition, Sanyang air-condition, etc. The line speed is 6m/min and 8m/min, separately. The total line length is 580m and 750m, separately. The two production lines have been put into operation smoothly. The central master control system of the entire line is set at the Central control room and 6 emergency buttons are provided in this site. With PLC as the master control units of the operation system, all the coanected devices are individually/integrally controlled. The running of the main devices and control untis are under automatic monitoring and automatic alarm state, which can ensure normal running of the entire line at any times (cooperated with Germany WAGNER company).
